1. How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website checkout or tap "Order Instant via WhatsApp" on any article page to order directly with our sales team.
2. Can I get custom tailor stitching?
Yes! While all articles are sold as authentic unstitched collections, we provide custom made-to-measure tailor stitching upon request. Simply tap "Need Custom Stitching? Order via WhatsApp" on the dress page.
3. What are the delivery times?
Karachi deliveries arrive within Same-Day to 1-2 working days. Major cities nationwide take 4-5 working days. Regional and rural areas take 5-7 working days.
4. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available across Pakistan. A 4% handling fee applies to COD parcels, or you can pay via Bank Transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa to waive this fee and receive Flat 5% OFF!
5. What is your exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange window for unstitched and stitched garments in their original packaging and condition.
6. What are your customer support hours?
Our support desk is open Monday to Saturday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM PKT.
