Official operating rules, order terms, and intellectual property rights
Welcome to Tauheed Textile. By browsing our website, placing an order, or communicating via our concierge channels, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Order Placement & Pricing
- All prices listed on tauheedtextile.com are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable product pricing.
- Orders are confirmed subject to fabric availability and successful verification. Tauheed Textile reserves the right to cancel or decline orders in the event of stock discrepancies or verification failure.
2. Payment & Courier Surcharges
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A 4% courier handling fee is automatically added to COD parcels at checkout.
- Advance Payment: Paying via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa waives the 4% fee and provides an instant Flat 5% discount on the order subtotal. Payment proof must be attached prior to final dispatch.
3. Exchanges & Returns
In accordance with our 7-Day Exchange Policy, garments may be exchanged within 7 calendar days from parcel delivery provided they are unwashed, uncut, and in original luxury packaging with seal tags intact. Cash refunds are not provided.
4. Intellectual Property
All original photography, bespoke embroidery motifs, calligraphy logos, brand copy, and video runway reels on tauheedtextile.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Tauheed Textile. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi and Lahore, Pakistan.
